How often should a suit be dry cleaned?
Only when it needs it — season end, or when soiled. Dry cleaning is mechanical as well as chemical; fewer cleans means longer life.
Can you press without cleaning?
Yes — press-only service from $20. Great between cleans.
Will you clean just the jacket?
Yes, but we recommend cleaning both pieces together so they age evenly. Otherwise the jacket will brighten against an unwashed trouser.
Do you handle bespoke and designer tailoring?
Yes — handled as specialty in-house, by the same experienced team that cleans bridal and leather.

How do you dry clean a suit?
Jacket and trousers are cleaned as a set to keep colour and finish matched. We use gentle solvents, hand-finish lapels and creases, and steam-press on wooden forms rather than aggressive flat presses. Silk linings are inspected separately.
How much does suit dry cleaning cost?

Do you dry clean designer suits?
Yes. Brioni, Zegna, Canali, Tom Ford and similar are logged with care notes and cleaned by a senior technician. We flag issues like sun-fading or reinforcement tape before processing.
How does pickup and delivery dry cleaning work?
Book a pickup window online - we confirm the exact time the day before. Our driver collects your garments in a reusable Luxe bag, we clean them in our Neutral Bay atelier, and we deliver them back on hangers, typically in 3-4 days. You can track each step by SMS.

Typical turnaround is 3-4 days from pickup - delicate fabrics and heavy staining may take longer. For urgent items we offer Quick (48 hours) and Rush (24 hours) express with a surcharge up to +100%. Pickup and delivery run seven days a week, including public holidays; your window is confirmed the day before.

Yes. We clean with an eco-friendly, perc-free solvent - no harsh chemicals. Hangers are reclaimed, reusable garment covers are used, and deliveries are consolidated across optimised routes to cut per-garment emissions.
