Perc (perchloroethylene) is the harsh solvent traditional dry cleaners use. Luxe cleans with a perc-free, biodegradable eco solvent — gentler on fibres and skin, no chemical odour, and safer for delicate dyes and trims.

Yes — Persian, Turkish and other hand-knotted rugs are cleaned by hand with pH-neutral chemistry, never machine-tumbled. Fringes, natural dyes and foundation fibres are assessed first.
