Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is received, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
Cancellations: You must notify us at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a service. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior may incur a cancellation fee.
Inspection: We inspect garments prior to cleaning and will notify you of any potential issues.
Care Labels: We follow the care instructions on garment labels. If labels are missing or incorrect, cleaning is at the customer’s risk.
Damage or Loss: While we take utmost care, in the rare event of loss or damage, liability is limited to five times the cleaning cost of the item, or AUD $100 (whichever is lower).
Availability: Pick-up and delivery services are available within designated areas in Sydney.
Responsibility: You are responsible for making items available at the agreed time. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by your unavailability.
Payments must be made online or via approved payment methods at the time of booking or upon delivery.
We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details.
