Standard turnaround is 3–5 days from doorstep to doorstep. Super Rush and Quick services are faster, subject to availability — simply book and we’ll confirm before we collect.

Each garment is priced by type, fabric and the finishing it needs — silk, couture and structured pieces take more hand-work than an everyday shirt. Curtains are quoted per metre. You’ll always know the price before we clean. See our pricing guide.
Both. Our wedding dress cleaning service cares for gowns before and after the day, and our wedding dress preservation service boxes them archivally so they stay yellowing-free for decades.

Every garment is logged, photographed and tagged on intake, tracked through the workroom, and fully insured while in our care. You’ll receive SMS updates at pickup, in process and before drop-off.
