Luxe is a dry cleaner without a counter. There is no shop to drive to and no ticket to keep. You book a collection online, your garments are collected from your door in Double Bay, Mosman, Paddington or the CBD, and they come back to you pressed, covered and on hangers. Pickup and delivery is a $25 flat fee, however much you send. This page explains how it works, where we collect, how long it takes and what to expect on the day.

How dry cleaning pickup and delivery works in Sydney
Three steps, and none of them involve a car park.
- Book online. Enter your suburb, choose a collection day and tell us roughly what you are sending. It takes about a minute. If you are not sure what a garment needs, note it and we will assess it at intake.
- We collect. Your garments are collected from your door on the day you have chosen. If you will not be there, say so in the booking notes and tell us where the bag will be and how you would like it returned.
- We clean, finish and return. Every piece is checked, cleaned with an eco-friendly solvent that is gentle on silk, wool and cashmere, hand-finished, and delivered back covered and on hangers, to the same place we collected from.

Anything you would trust to a specialist. Luxe collects the full service list:
- Everyday dry cleaning — dresses, trousers, blouses, knitwear and jackets.
- Shirts, cleaned and pressed, returned on hangers.
- Suits and jackets, pressed properly so the chest and lapel keep their shape.
- Designer and couture pieces — silk, cashmere, beading, embellishment and structured jackets handled by hand. See the labels we care for.
- Wedding gowns, before and after the day, with preservation if you want to keep it.
- Coats, trenches and puffer jackets, and leather and suede garments.

How long it takes
Standard turnaround is three to five days from collection to delivery. When you need garments back sooner, choose Quick (+25%) or Rush (+100%) at booking and the schedule is planned around your date. Same-day is available subject to availability: book it and we will confirm. Specialist pieces such as wedding gowns, heavily embellished dresses and leather are given their own timing, which is agreed when you book or at intake. What it costs
Pickup and delivery is a $25 flat fee per booking. Send one gown or a month of shirts and the fee is the same. Garment prices start from the indicative figures on our pricing page and are confirmed after inspection: a silk-lined jacket, a beaded bodice or a stain that needs treatment is not the same job as a plain wool suit, and we would rather tell you the real figure after inspection than promise one online.
Regular collections, memberships and private clients
Households that send garments every week or fortnight may prefer not to book each time. Our membership plans and private client service are separate from one-off bookings and are described on their own pages.
