Our cleaning system uses biodegradable, membrane-safe solvents that preserve the technical performance of your trench or puffer. Critical for Gore-Tex, eVent and similar waterproof-breathable membranes where aggressive commercial detergents strip the DWR coating and compromise breathability. We preserve the original factory performance — breathable, waterproof, windproof — wash after wash.

Every outerwear stain requires a specific approach — we identify fibre composition and finish before pre-treating, and we never expose water-repellent coatings to chemistry that would damage them. We believe a well-made trench or puffer is a ten-year piece. Every coat we clean is treated accordingly — hand-inspected, brand-matched, finishing-grade pressed, DWR-refreshed where appropriate, and returned in garment-bag presentation. Your Burberry stays a Burberry. Your Moncler stays lofted.
Not with the correct programme. Our gabardine-safe protocol preserves Burberry’s signature water-repellent finish and protects leather trims, storm flaps and belt loops. Both Heritage and contemporary lines are handled with the same care.
Absolutely. Our down-safe cleaning with controlled temperature drying and agitation spheres separates matted clusters and restores original loft. Severely compressed down may require an extended programme — we quote these on inspection.
