What “the luxury way” actually means
- Inspected before we start. Stains mapped, embellishments noted, damage photographed.
- Spot-tested. Colour-fastness on a hidden seam before any treatment.
- Perc-free. We avoid perchloroethylene, the harsh solvent favoured by volume cleaners.
- Hand-cleaned. One garment at a time for luxury pieces. Never machine-tossed with dozens of others.
- Hand-finished. Pressing that respects canvas, drape, and fit. No shiny elbows. No crushed lapel rolls.
- Inspected again. Before bagging, before dispatch, before it reaches your door.
Who handles your garments

Where we draw lines (honesty builds trust)
- Rush 24-hour stain removal is best-effort — the time constraint limits what’s treatable.
- We won’t re-dye a whole garment. We’ll tell you if it’s past the point colour-matching can help.
- Structural damage (seams, hardware, linings) is outside our remit unless arranged in advance.
- If we think a treatment will damage your piece, we call you first.
If something isn’t right
We want to know. Email, ring, or reply to your delivery notification. We’ll collect the garment at no cost, inspect, and make it right. That’s the promise.
