Do you clean rugs and curtains?
Yes. Rugs are cleaned in our atelier - wool, silk, Persian and hand-knotted rugs each get a fibre-appropriate process. Curtains are taken down, cleaned and re-hung on request.
How much does rug cleaning cost?
Wool rugs start at $12/sqm, silk rugs at $22/sqm. Hand-knotted and antique rugs are quoted after inspection.
How does pickup and delivery dry cleaning work?
Book a pickup window online - we confirm the exact time the day before. Our driver collects your garments in a reusable Luxe bag, we clean them in our Neutral Bay atelier, and we deliver them back on hangers, typically in 3-4 days. You can track each step by SMS.
How much does dry cleaning cost in Sydney?

Typical turnaround is 3-4 days from pickup - delicate fabrics and heavy staining may take longer. For urgent items we offer Quick (48 hours) and Rush (24 hours) express with a surcharge up to +100%. Pickup and delivery run seven days a week, including public holidays; your window is confirmed the day before.
