Our cleaning protocol uses chemistry matched to hide type — calf, lamb, exotic, suede, nubuck, shearling. We never expose leather to aggressive solvents that strip natural oils. Cleaning is followed by a dedicated conditioning cycle that replenishes hide moisture and maintains the original hand.

Yes. Exotic leather — crocodile, alligator, ostrich, lizard — is handled by our exotic specialist using dedicated protocols. We never expose exotic skins to solvents designed for standard leather.
