Suede and shearling
Suede is brushed, not scrubbed. Shearling is detail-cleaned at the collar and cuffs and steamed softly at the wool. Neither is ever machined.
What we don’t restore
Honesty builds trust. We don’t replace hardware or re-stitch structural damage. We don’t re-dye wholesale — only touch up faded areas. If a leather is past restoration we’ll tell you — and we won’t charge for work we can’t stand behind.

Can you clean leather jackets and handbags?
Yes. Leather is cleaned by hand using leather-specific solvents and conditioners - never run through standard dry cleaning. We restore colour where possible and flag any permanent damage before work begins.
How much does leather jacket cleaning cost?
Leather jackets start at $95. Suede jackets are $125. Leather handbags start at $75, with re-colouring and stitching quoted separately.
How does pickup and delivery dry cleaning work?
Book a pickup window online - we confirm the exact time the day before. Our driver collects your garments in a reusable Luxe bag, we clean them in our Neutral Bay atelier, and we deliver them back on hangers, typically in 3-4 days. You can track each step by SMS.
How much does dry cleaning cost in Sydney?

How long does dry cleaning take?
Typical turnaround is 3-4 days from pickup - delicate fabrics and heavy staining may take longer. For urgent items we offer Quick (48 hours) and Rush (24 hours) express with a surcharge up to +100%. Pickup and delivery run seven days a week, including public holidays; your window is confirmed the day before.
Is your dry cleaning eco-friendly?
Yes. We clean with an eco-friendly, perc-free solvent - no harsh chemicals. Hangers are reclaimed, reusable garment covers are used, and deliveries are consolidated across optimised routes to cut per-garment emissions.
